Welcome to Ripples, where our Clinical Manager, Loan Pham, leads with a commitment to creating a supportive and trauma-informed environment. Throughout her extensive career, Loan has dedicated herself to supervising student placements and internships. Her unwavering focus is on fostering the growth of health professionals who specialise in compassionate care for children and young people, individuals with a trauma background, and people with disabilities.

Throughout the years, students from the Australian College of Applied Psychology and Universities have found meaningful placements with Loan. Many of these students have not only gained valuable experience but have also successfully transitioned into internal roles within our organization and other employments.

At Ripples, our commitment to the professional development of Provisional Psychologists is reflected in the comprehensive supervision support provided by our experienced team, led by Clinical Manager Loan Pham. We recognise the importance of mentorship in the journey towards Psychology Registration under AHPRA, and our supervision program is designed to offer guidance, growth, and a supportive environment
