Together, we have created a collaborative space at Ripples where independent practitioners can work alongside one another while maintaining their own areas of practice.
Loan manages Ripples Allied Health Consultancy, while Callum operates Synapse OT from Ripples. Callum now provides his regular individual clinical work online, while continuing his involvement in Autism assessments, seasonal face-to-face intensives, training and collaborative projects.
As our services continue to grow, we are interested in connecting with practitioners who value collaborative, neuro-affirming and individualised practice.
About The Practice
We are a small but well-established, dynamic, friendly and collegial private practice in Dapto within the Illawarra. We have child-friendly, trauma and disability supportive therapy spaces close to public transport and shops.
Ripples AHC has worked alongside Synapse OT and independent practitioners within the same practice for many years. We are well-known trauma and disability focused services and value the collaborative relationships that have developed across our teams.
Synapse OT continues to operate from Ripples, with Callum Gregory maintaining his office within the practice. Callum has transitioned his regular individual clinical work online, while continuing to contribute to Autism assessments, seasonal face-to-face intensives and collaborative projects with Ripples. Synapse OT is also looking to expand its team with an Occupational Therapist or Allied Health Assistant working alongside Callum.
Ripples Clinical Manager and Registered Psychologist, Loan Pham, has worked in the area since 2005 and has developed strong collaborative relationships across the NGO, disability and private sectors, particularly in the areas of relational trauma and disability.
Our senior practitioners work closely with team members and provide both regular informal and formal supervision. We aim to provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention within a professional, supportive and friendly environment.
Strong word of mouth from clients, medical referrers, NGOs and professional networks has contributed to continued demand for our services. We are looking for practitioners who can work alongside us to help respond to the needs of individuals and families who have had difficulty accessing appropriate supports.
