What We Do
FUNDED & FEE FOR SERVICE WORK
Ripples Allied Health Consultancy aims to tailor programs and intervention services to meet the needs of individuals. Apart from treatment provided under Victims Services and Workcover, most services may have a gap, or may require a thorough quote prior to initiation of services. Patients who are on a pension, have a health care card, or experiencing financial hardship will be eligible for bulk billed services.
Prior to your first appointment it is helpful for you to complete intake form and some psychometric assessments to ensure that your treating practitioner is clear on your background and support needs. These assessments are scored and kept on file to inform treatment. Psychometric assessment results are not written up in reports unless there is a formal request made by you. The reports are an extra service completed only after you have agreed to the quote provided. Click to the right on the relevant pamphlets and intake forms.

CARE & SUPPORT
Information for Families Bereaved by Suicide
Suicide is an issue that many families and individuals have experienced in their lives. Families who have not been directly impacted by this yet may wish to take an opportunity to have a discussion with their child about how they are coping in general and explore any possible mental health concerns.
Free confidential support for your children can be accessed via the following services:
Kids Helpline (1800 551800 or www.kidshelp.com.au)
Lifeline (131114 or www.lifeline.org.au)
headspace (1800 650 890 or www.eheadspace.org.au)*
You or your child may also care to contact the State Mental Health Telephone Access Line (1800 011 511) which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is staffed by clinicians who can provide advice, make referrals and link callers to the mental health service in their Local Health District.
If you would like to speak to us further about how we may be able to support your child or young person please call 0479 055 023.
